Loss, Damage, Delays
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays related to the cards. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising during shipping, handling, or delivery. Any claims related to loss, damage, or delays must be reported to us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the resolution of such claims, but our responsibility remains limited as outlined above.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communication to you.
Refund Policy
Refund Process
Upon approval of your refund request, The Ballers Bank will issue a 75% refund of the grading service fee to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that the refund policy applies exclusively to the grading service fees and does not include any additional charges for shipping, handling, or third-party services such as PSA fees or other associated costs.
Limitations
This refund policy is limited to the evaluation score provided by our grading service and does not apply to dissatisfaction with the card’s final PSA grade after submission. Once the card has been sent to PSA, their grading decision is final, and no further refunds will be issued.
