Handling time

Orders ship within 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment clears. You will get an order confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment your package ships.

Carriers and transit time

We ship with USPS and UPS. Typical U.S. transit is 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. International transit varies by destination and may be subject to customs delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated live at checkout from USPS and UPS rates based on package weight, dimensions and your address. The exact cost is shown before you pay. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Products marked "Ships Sealed Only" or "Presell"

Items titled Ships Sealed Only ship to you factory sealed and unopened. Items titled Presell have not yet been released by the manufacturer; they ship within the handling time above once the product arrives from the distributor, which is usually on or shortly after the manufacturer's release date shown on the listing.

Products opened live on stream

Listings that are not marked Ships Sealed Only are opened live on our TikTok stream and every card from your purchase is shipped to you. These ship within the handling time above after the stream in which they are opened.

International orders

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Lost, damaged or missing packages

Please see Sections 5 and 6 of our Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy. Contact us within 3 calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan with your order number and photos.
