How do live breaks work?
You buy a spot, we open the product live, and your cards ship after the break is sorted.
When do orders ship?
In-stock orders ship within 3–4 business days via USPS or UPS, with tracking emailed as soon as the label is created. Pre-sells ship once the product arrives from the distributor, usually on or shortly after street date.
What grading services do you offer?
We handle PSA, BGS, and SGC submissions with intake, tracking, insured shipping, and return coordination.
Are your cards authentic?
Yes. We source through trusted channels, verify inventory before listing, and only sell cards we stand behind.
What's your return policy?
All sales of trading card products are final, including sealed boxes, singles and live-break spots. If we shipped the wrong item or your package arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available where supported at checkout, with rates and delivery options shown before payment.
