Topps has brought back Topps NOW NBA Debut Inscription Autographs for the 2026-27 rookie class, with Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, Caleb Wilson and Keaton Wagler signing cards that mark their first NBA games. The cards went on sale for 48 hours, with the window ending midday Saturday, October 24, 2026, Collectibles On SI reported.

  • No. 1 pick AJ Dybantsa is not part of this drop. He has not debuted for the Wizards because of an ankle injury.
  • This is the second year of Topps NOW debut inscription autos since Topps' NBA license began on October 1, 2025.

Which rookies got Topps NOW debut autographs?

Each card is tied to the player's first regular-season game:

  • Darryn Peterson, Utah Jazz: Started and had 9 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 31 minutes in a 123-103 loss at Memphis.
  • Cameron Boozer, Memphis Grizzlies: 7 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in that same opener, a 20-point Grizzlies win (box score via Bleacher Report).

How much do the Topps NOW NBA debut cards cost?

The base Topps NOW cards for Wilson (#9), Boozer (#13), Peterson (#14) and Wagler (#18) were listed at $11.99 each on the Topps NOW page, which also tells buyers to look for autographs. No print run was listed during the sale; Topps says exact print runs are posted in its Topps NOW Archive. The signed debut inscription versions are the headline cards of the release.

When will AJ Dybantsa get a debut card?

Topps has not announced a date. Both SI and Otia note Dybantsa has not played yet because of an ankle injury. If Topps follows the same pattern, a debut card would come out after his first game.
