This is a sealed WOTC Pokemon Base Set 2 preconstructed theme deck distributor box containing six hanging decks, released October 1st, 2007. The original WOTC wrap shows minor wear on the bottom, but the box remains factory sealed and ready for collection or play.

Base Set 2 theme decks were designed to teach new strategies and improve deckbuilding skills. The four included deck themes are GrassChopper, Hot Water, Lightning Bug, and Psych Out, each offering a different approach to the Pokemon trading card game.
