The set was written by Sean McKeever with original artwork by Manuel Garcia and Bob McLeod, featuring a 20-page main story titled "Sacrifice" plus four side stories. Each box contains 24 packs, and on average delivers the full main story and at least one-third of the side stories. Story pages assemble into nine-pocket card sheets just like a standard comic book.
