Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services.

Payment Responsibility. By placing an order on our website, you agree that full payment is required for all purchases. If an order is placed with partial payment, delayed payment, invoice billing, or outstanding balance:
- The customer remains fully responsible for payment of all outstanding balances.
- All balances must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by The Ballers Bank.
- If any balance remains unpaid, The Ballers Bank may, at its sole discretion, retain possession of and withhold shipment of any products, including those already paid for, until the outstanding balance is satisfied in full.
- If payment is not received in full within 30 days, The Ballers Bank reserves the right to take legal action to recover the balance due.
- Any cards or products being held by The Ballers Bank may be sold to offset the balance due if payment is not made in full within the 30-day period.
Shipment Policy & Risk Transfer for High-Value Items. No product will ship until full payment has been received and cleared. Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or theft immediately transfers to the customer, including high-value cards and collectibles. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and may choose to purchase additional shipping insurance for high-value items. Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER INFORMATION & DATA LIABILITY
While we take reasonable measures to protect customer information, you acknowledge and agree that no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. The Ballers Bank shall not be liable for: unauthorized access to customer data beyond our reasonable control; data breaches caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, or cyberattacks; or loss of customer data due to events outside our control. Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 7 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

SECTION 13 – TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to Services at any time. All payment obligations survive termination.
SECTION 14 – ARBITRATION AND LEGAL AGREEMENT
Mandatory Binding Arbitration. You and The Ballers Bank agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Service, any purchase, payment, shipment, or interaction with The Ballers Bank shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar arbitration provider mutually agreed upon. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Nevada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Unpaid Shopify Invoices. The Ballers Bank reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unpaid invoice that were sent to the customer for remaining outstanding balances. Any balances beyond thirty (30) days from the due date. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Waiver of Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction of North Carolina to prevent unauthorized use, infringement, or misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.
SECTION 15 – CHARGEBACK POLICY
All sales are final. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes initiated without contacting us first are prohibited and may result in permanent account bans, recovery of chargeback fees, legal fees, and associated costs, and legal action where applicable. This policy does not apply to legitimate cases of verified fraud.
SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any transaction with The Ballers Bank shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of North Carolina, and you expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
