1990 Pro Set Series 2 Football Wax Box - D2

This is a sealed 1990 Pro Set Series 2 Football Wax Box containing 36 packs with 14 cards per pack. The set features 392 cards in Series 2, with striking color action photos and team-colored borders. Pro Set randomly inserted 10,000 Lombardi Trophy hologram cards into production, creating a significant collector sensation with hand-numbered Collector Edition versions.

The 1990 Pro Set football release is known for key rookie cards including Emmitt Smith and Rich Gannon. Cards 1 through 29 are special selections commemorating events and leaders from the previous year. Due to a contractual dispute, the Eric Dickerson Pro Bowl card was withdrawn early, making it a notable short print.
