1982 Donruss Baseball Wax Box | BBCE Authenticated (Ships Sealed Only) | P8467552
This is a 1982 Donruss Baseball wax box, authenticated by Baseball Card Exchange (BBCE). The set is a landmark release featuring 653 numbered cards, Diamond Kings artwork by Dick Perez, and a 63-piece Babe Ruth puzzle.
The 1982 Donruss set marks a significant year for rookie cards, including Cal Ripken Jr., Brett Butler, Lee Smith, and Dave Stewart. The card stock is noticeably thicker than the 1981 release, a quality improvement collectors still recognize today. This box remains a cornerstone vintage product for serious hobbyists building complete sets or chasing key rookie pulls.
