Saturday Games
Jacksonville Jaguars at Kansas City Chiefs (1:30PM PST)
The Chiefs will be well rested and the Jaguars will be coming off one of the biggest comebacks in NFL playoff history. Everyone knows about Andy Reid's magic coming off a bye week, but can he get his defense to step up? They might get some help from Trevor Lawrence if he doesn't settle into the game right away. Overcoming his 4 interceptions last week was a miracle but he cannot do that again this Chiefs offense and give Patrick Mahomes that many chances. These teams faced each other earlier this season in KC and the Chiefs won 27-17. The spread currently sits at Chiefs (-8.5), do you think the Jaguars can cover or pull off an upset?
New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles (5:15PM PST)
The Eagles needed a week 18 win over the 2nd string Giants team to secure the #1 seed and homefield advantage. Hurts and the Eagles will be well rested for this game but their defense hasn't looked as great in recent weeks. The Giants will be bringing their top dogs and have some familiarity from the week 18 game. Can Daniel Jones and Saquon pull off another upset against a familiar foe? The spread is current at Eagles (-7.5), do you think Danny Dimes and Saquads can run over this Eagles defense and win or cover?
Sunday Games
Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills (12:00PM PST)
Two of the most explosive teams in the NFL left a lot to be desired after Wild Card weekend. Josh Allen looked amazing until he didn't. Dropped passed, turnovers, and miscues kept the Dolphins in the game all day. Their defense has also shown to be vulnerable in recent weeks. When we look at the Bengals, it's all about the offensive line and if Burrow can have time to throw. At first glance, this game looks like a shootout, but it can very well turn into a defensive game. Buffalo is currently a (-5) favorite.
Dallas Cowboys at San Francisco 49ers (3:30PM PST)
Can Brock Purdy continue his stellar play? The 49ers have won 11 in a row with the help of an easier schedule down the stretch of the season. Dallas will probably be the best team the Niners have faced in the stretch. Will Purdy and the Niners offense be able to play bully ball against the Cowboys defense? Micah Parsons will definitely provide from resistance but he can't cover everyone on the Niners offense. The biggest advantage SF will have is that it played Saturday night and the Cowboys have to travel back to back after playing on Monday night. The spread is currently at Niners (-3.5).
