Terms & Refund Policy
Loss, Damage, Delays
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays related to the cards. Claims must be reported promptly and our responsibility remains limited as outlined in our full terms.
Refund Process
Upon approval, The Ballers Bank will issue a 75% refund of the grading service fee to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees
The refund policy applies exclusively to grading service fees and does not include shipping, handling, or third-party fees such as PSA charges.
Limitations
Refunds are limited to the evaluation score provided by our service. Once the card is sent to PSA, their grading decision is final.
